1. Acceptance of terms. By using the sirexohault website and service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of the service. sirexohault provides software tools for automated crypto trading. We are not a financial adviser and do not guarantee a specific income. The minimum deposit is A$350. Potential income is up to A$1,250 per week and up to A$5,000 per month — these are indicative examples, not a guarantee.

3. Risks. Crypto trading involves high risk. You bear full responsibility for your investment decisions. Past results do not guarantee future profit.

4. Registration. You undertake to provide accurate details and not to transfer account access to third parties.

5. Restrictions. It is prohibited to use the service for illegal activity, fraud, attempted cyber intrusion or infringement of third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property. All material on the website (texts, design, logos, program code) is protected and belongs to sirexohault or licensors.

7. Limitation of liability. The service is provided “as is”. sirexohault is not liable for losses due to market fluctuations or technical faults outside our reasonable control.

8. Amendments. We may amend the Terms. Continued use of the service after publication of amendments means you accept the updated version.
