Report a violation

If you encounter a rule breach, suspicious activity, a website error or a question about the processing of personal information — let us know.

What to include in the message:

• your name and contact email or phone number;
• a description of the issue and the date it arose;
• a link to the page where the incident occurred (if applicable);
• screenshots or other material (optional).

We handle complaints within a reasonable time and contact you at the details provided. For urgent questions about account security, mention this in the subject of the message.
